Message from the founder
For 13 years I have supported regional homebuilders in Japan with their marketing. Again and again I met companies that, even while short of people, cared for their staff, were honest with their customers, and stayed rooted in their communities.
Most of them call what they do “just normal.” I believe that “normal” is exactly the kind of management Japan can be proud of in the world. OMOIYARI MANAGEMENT™ 100 exists to record it and share it — with the next generation of leaders in Japan and abroad.
